Now where were we last time

Ah we remember now, it was a while ago. As we left Nicaragua to go into Honduras with a very smooth border crossing no/one seems to care who is going where, all they want is their money which by the way changes from day to day the amount i mean. Honduras was a very interesting place. We had a pretty long day but fun as always . After 12 hours we arrived in Camayagua for one night, we were told to not wear jewellry out and to watch around us it was not like that at all .We followed the noise of a very loud band ,it was night and we were not supposed to go out. It was so much fun. The local brass band was playing all teens and young adults, man do they know how to have fun. We had a ball. Water spraying every where.Police everywhere always with guns it is actually reassuring. That night was one of those nights to observe what locals get up to. We headed off the next day extremely early to travel to our ferry to one of the Bay Islands. With about an hour to go our local bus was stopped by the local militia hard to tell what they were they had huge guns . All the men were ordered off the bus. Well by then all the females werea starting to wonder why we were not asked off as well. I was on the other side of the bus with a militia guy, gun and all, telling us not to get off all the time smiling think he was perving on our girls. As I looked out of the window all I could see was all the men spread eagled against the bus ,with the armed men searching them. I can tell you I was freaking by then. Nick was smiling he told me after it was nervous laughter. They were searching for weapons none found thank god only a flick knife on Jude in our group our male trainee tommy told them it was to peel fruit. They let every one go. I cried for ages after. I never want to see Nick in that position again I still feel emotional writing about it, but I guess with all this security around we are safer .We absolutely love it here still having great weather every day. People are feeling good about themselves and about us being here as well, always saying hola.
